Doris Mae Couter

Doris Mae Courter, age 92, of Kinnelon, died Friday, October 11, 2013. Doris was born in Bloomingdale, the daughter of the late Ernest Sehulster and the late Julia (Sloan) Sehulster. Doris was a lookout in Smoke Rise Towers during World War II for enemy planes. She also worked for Aircraft Radio in Boonton and Morris Kinney Inc. of Smoke Rise. Doris is survived by her beloved children, James and his wife Geraldine , Gerald and his wife Louise, two grandchildren, Jennifer Courter of Georgia and Melissa Khun and her husband Adam of West Milford. Viewing hours will be Sunday, October 13th, 2013, from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ.A funeral service will be held Monday, 9:00am also at the funeral home. Interment immediately following at Mt. Rest Cemetery, Butler, NJ.
