Harriett E. Phelps

Harriett E Phelps, age 92, of Kinnelon, died Monday, March 18, 2013. Mrs. Phelps was born in Charleston, SC, the daughter of the late Charles F and the late Annie (Stringer) Wise. She worked as a librarian at the Pompton Plains Public Library and was a member of the Fayson Lakes Association and the Fayson Lakes Women's Club. She is survived by three sons; Pete Phelps and wife Patricia, Larry Phelps and Richard "Rick "Phelps, her loving brother James W. Wise and a cherished grandson Christopher Liosi. Harriett was pre deceased by her devoted husband, J. Price Phelps and her dear daughter, Lorna Lee Phelps. Viewing hours will be Thursday, March 21st , 2013, from 11am-12pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral will be held Thursday 12:30pm also at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Greenwood Cemetery, Boonton, NJ.
