Joseph M. Gough

Joseph M. Gough, age 81, of Harrington, DE, formerly of West Milford, entered into eternal rest, Thursday, April 26, 2007 at Bay Health Medical Center, Milford, DE.Mr. Gough was born November 25, 1925 in Montclair, NJ the son of the late Joseph John and the late Elizabeth M. (Siepe) Gough. He married M. Pearl Getty October 3, 1953 at St. Anthony RC Church, Butler, NJ. He was employed before retiring in 1990 by Industrial Metal Fabricating Wayne, NJ.Mr. Gough was a Past Grand Knight, District Deputy, and member of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 943 in Butler.Devoted husband of M. Pearl (nee Getty) for 53 loving years. Beloved father of Kevin and wife Cheryl of Jefferson, Brian of Wayne, Joseph and wife Francine of Wayne, and Mary Beth Fanning and husband Jack of Bridgewater. Cherished grandfather of Amy and Matt Gough, and Katie and Jack Fanning. Loving Brother of Marie Meehan and Robert Gough. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.Visiting hours will be Monday, April 29, 2007, from 2:00 -4:00 and 7:00-9:00 at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. The funeral will be Tuesday 10:00am at St. Anthony RC Church, 65 Bartholdi Ave., Butler where a Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated.Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler on Tuesday at 11:00 am.In Lieu of flowers donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association, Somerset Office, 19 School House Rd., Somerset, NJ 08873, in his memory.
