Roger J Gormley

Roger J. Gormley, age 87, of Glenwild Lake Section of Bloomingdale, NJ, passed away on April 27, 2014. Mr. Gormley was the son of Mabel (Edwards) and Arthur Gormley. He was an assistant manager for the United States Postal Services, Butler, NJ. Roger served in the Navy during WWII and was a member of Butler United Methodist Church. He is survived by his two beloved sons; Michael J. and his wife Patricia Johns and Roger S. and his wife Karen and one cherished grandchild, Elena Gormley. Also surviving are many nephews and nieces. Roger is predeceased by his devoted wife Beatrice and dear son Jeffrey. Viewing hours will be Wednesday, April 30, 2014 from 4:00 -8:00 pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held 11am Thursday also at the funeral home. Interment immediately following service at Mt. Rest Cemetery, Butler, NJ.
