Thomas Quigley

Thomas Quigley, age 86, of Butler, formerly of Bloomingdale, NJ, died Saturday, April 4, 2015. Thomas was born in Townhead Cottage Libberton, Scotland, the son of the late Christopher and Annie (Hastie) Quigley. Tom was a Boiler Room Engineer working for GAF in Wayne, NJ and was a member of the Knights of Columbus, a parishioner of St. Anthonys RC Church in Butler and St. Marys RC Church in Pompton Lakes and an avid bowler and "pool shark". Tom is survived by his beloved children, Anne Quigley-Bock and husband Michael, Patrick Quigley, Jean Nicholas and husband Thomas, Joseph Quigley and wife Jennifer, Helen Maresca and husband Michael and Sean Quigley, his cherished grandchildren, Ashley, Victoria and Derek Bock, Justin and Timothy Nicholas, Mikaela, Shannon and Karlee Quigley and Matthew and Alexandra Maresca, one adored great-grandchild, Zeliya Akcay. He is also survived by his two sisters, Ethel Makey and Elizabeth Dale and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Thomas is pre deceased by his devoted wife, Helen and a dear son Thomas. Viewing hours will be 4:00-8:00pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave. Butler on Thursday, April 9th, 2015. A funeral mass will be offered 11:00am on Friday at St Anthony RC Church Butler. Burial to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler,NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011,Washington, DC 20090-6011, in Tom's memory.
