Carol Mobilio, born on July 4, 1946, in Jersey City, NJ, passed away peacefully on October 12 2024, at the Bloomingdale Health Care Center in Bloomingdale, NJ. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and a spirit that touched everyone she met.
A dedicated secretary at JD Construction in Mahwah, NJ, Carol was not only known for her exceptional professionalism but also her impeccable sense of fashion. Always dressed to the nines, her perfectly manicured nails, stylish hair, and flawless makeup were a reflection of her vibrant personality. Carol was a woman who believed in enjoying life to the fullest; she found joy in her passions for ceramics, astrology, and regular visits to the Beach and Atlantic City, where she could indulge in her love for gambling.
Above all, Carol took great pride in raising her son, Philip, whose journey through life she cherished deeply. She also delighted in her role as an aunt to her beloved nieces, Tiffany Doherty, Amber Mokos, and Ashlea Detwiler, and her daughter-in-law Kathleen, who were all immensely dear to her heart.
Carol is preceded in death by her parents, Vincent and Caroline Cimmino, and her sister, Diane Mokos. Though they are no longer by her side, their memory continues to live on through the family bonds that Carol fostered so lovingly.
Her infectious laughter and spirited conversations will be sorely missed by her family and the many friends she made throughout her life. Carol's presence brought light to every room she entered, and her beautiful spirit will continue to resonate in the hearts of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
