Deborah Ann Mrocka

Deborah Ann Mrocka passed away on September 6, 2026. Born on July 22, 1951, in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, she will be remembered with love for the warmth she brought to those around her and for the simple joys that made her life distinctly her own.

Deborah built a dedicated career and served as Director of Operations at Qualipac in Woodland Park, New Jersey, before her retirement. She was a woman who enjoyed life in ways that reflected both comfort and character. She loved her dogs, Raggs, Dusty, and Pandora. She enjoyed being on her John Deere, mowing the lawn, and she cherished drinking champagne with her daughter-in-law, Deborah. She was, by her own style, the original couch potato, and above all, she loved her family and friends.

Those who continue to hold Deborah close in their hearts include her step-son, Machael Mrocka and wife Deborah, and her sister-in-law, Maryann Albarez. The memories they carry forward will remain a lasting tribute to her life and the affection she shared so freely.

Deborah was preceded in death by her husband, Francis “Frank”; her brother, Anthony Yackowski Jr.; and her parents, Anthony and Alice Yackowski. Their memory remained part of her life, and now she rests with those who went before her.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on September 12, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at The Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home, Inc., 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ 07405. A funeral service will be held there the same day from 12:30 p.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Deborah will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for her loyalty to those she loved, her unmistakable personality, and the comfort of the everyday moments she made special.
