Edward J. Goldner

Edward J. Goldner, age 56, of Pompton Plains, formerly of Butler, died Friday, October 22nd , 2010. Mr. Goldner was born in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Edward and the late Eleanor (Donahue) Goldner. Ed was a Pipe Fitter for Centralpack Service in Hibernia, NJ, was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed NASCAR races. He is survived by his beloved son, Corey and his wife Marija, two sisters, Sharon Vigh, and Karen De Pue, one brother Michael Goldner, and is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Edward was predeceased by his devoted wife Carol. Viewing hours will be Tuesday, October 26th, 2010, from 2-4pm & 7-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be Tuesday at 8:15pm also at the funeral home. The final disposition will be held in private.
