Ethel Grace Fawcett, beloved mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, passed away on July 18, 2026, in the presence of her loving family. She was born on April 5, 1962, in Paterson, New Jersey, and from the very beginning, she brought warmth and brightness to every room. Ethel’s life, though ended too soon, was filled with profound love, gentle resilience, and an unwavering devotion to the people she cherished.
To her daughters, Melissa Horan and Brandy Pandorf, and to her son Franklin Davis, Ethel was more than a parent. She was full of life. She loved big celebrations, especially birthdays and nothing made her happier than making her grandchildren’s smile. Christopher, her son-in-law also knew the grace of her kindness and acceptance, having been welcomed as cherished members of her close-knit family.
Ethel's pride and joy reverberated through the generations of her family. Her grandchildren—Brandy, Emma, Maksim, Aliyah, Morgan, Greyson, Alyna, and Nicholas—each carry treasured memories of their grandmother’s embrace, gentle encouragement, and infectious laughter. These are memories that will forever be imprinted upon their hearts, reminders of a love that was generous and boundless.
Family was at the center of Ethel’s world. She shared an unbreakable bond with her sisters, Dorie Fawcett and Lisa McClurg, with whom she experienced both the laughter and tears that only sisters truly understand. Though she has now rejoined those who preceded her—her father Ugene Fawcett, her mother Gloria Fawcett, her brothers Ugene Fawcett and Freddie Fawcett, and her sister Gloria Centinaro—their legacies endure, woven through the tapestry of Ethel’s own remarkable life.
