Gordon L. Pizzano

Gordon L. Pizzano, 70, of Bloomingdale, formerly of West Caldwell, NJ, passed away on August 9th , 2019. Gordon was born in Newark, NJ, son of the late Louis and Frances Pizzano. Gordon worked in the Human Resources Department for the City of Newark before he retired. He loved a good conversation, enjoyed cooking, horror movies, news, politics and all kinds of birds. He is survived by his devoted wife of 27 years, Patricia, his beloved daughter, Erica Kresl, his loving siblings, John Pizzano and wife Cathy and Carol Lembo and is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Gordon was predeceased by his brothers Roman and Louis "Butch" Jr. and his dear bird Poppy. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday, August, 13, 2019, from 4pm to 8pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Ave, Butler, NJ. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday 10am also at the funeral home. Burial to follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Butler, NJ.
