Joan K Gillen

Joan K Gillen, age 71 of Newfoundland, PA, formerly of West Milford, NJ, died September 1, 2014. She is the daughter of the late Wasko and Theresa (Struble) Korkiner. Joan was a beautiful person who loved spending time with her family and she was also a former parishioner of St. Joseph RC Church, West Milford. She is survived by her loving husband of fifty years, Patrick J; four sons, Patrick, Jr., Kevin, Thomas and his wife Kari, Michael and one daughter, Ann Marie Cooney and her husband, John; four cherished grandchildren, Kristen, Hailey, Meghan and Jameson and one loving sister, Mary Dathe. Joan was pre-deceased by her dear brother Walter "Sonny" Korkiner. Viewing hours will be held Thursday, September4th, 2014, from 2-4pm and 7-9 pm at the Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Bartholdi Avenue, Butler, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered Friday at 10:30 Am at St. Joseph's RC Church, West Milford. Interment immediately following at St. Joseph Cemetery.
