Joann Smith

JoAnn Lyons Smith, age 71, of Franklin, formerly of Kinnelon, passed away suddenly, Monday, October 16, 2023. Mrs. Smith was born November 29, 1951, in Kinnelon, NJ, the daughter of the late John and the late Beatrice (Mazza) Lyons.

She was a bookkeeper for Einstein Moomjy Montville, NJ before retiring and volunteered for the Coalition for Animals. She is survived by her beloved children, Dawn and fiancée Nick, JoAnn, John and longtime girlfriend Michelle, Penny and Kenny. Her loving siblings, Linda and her partner Ginny , John Douglas, Gary, Donna and Stacy and Kenny Petty. Her fiancée, Larry Long, and her cherished grandchildren. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.

Viewing hours will be Saturday, October 21st, 2023, from 3-7pm at The Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home Inc., 86 Bartholdi Ave., Butler, N.J. A funeral service will be held Saturday 6pm also at the funeral home. All other services will be private.
