John Frank Cawley

John Frank Cawley, age 78, of Ringwood, died Thursday, October 3, 2013. John was born in Paterson, NJ the son of the late Frank and the late Elsie (Hufschmidt) Cawley. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a volunteer in the Skyline Lake's Fire Department in Ringwood. He worked as an greens keeper/manager for the Hillsman/Elmwood Park Athletic Club in Elmwood Park, NJ. He is survived by his children, Linda Walter and her husband Thomas, John Cawley and his wife Nydia, Ronald Cawley and his wife Susan, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and a brother, Joseph Hurst . Funeral arrangements were private and entrusted to the Morrison Funeral Home, Butler, NJ.
