John Joseph Lumley

With heavy hearts we share the passing of our beloved John Joseph “Jack” Lumley. Jack passed away on Friday September 5 th, 2025 with his loving wife by his side at the age of 65. 

Jack was born on May 12th ,1960 in Haskell, NJ to Eleanor (Coleman) and the late John Lumley.

Jack is survived and missed by his loving wife Christine of 18 years and their children Nicole, Ashley, Danielle and Caitlin. Loving grandfather to Jayden.

He will always be remembered by his sisters Carol Foy and her husband Vinnie, Sue Kennelly, Denise Jobes and her husband Cris along with many nieces and nephews.

Jack was a 1978 graduate of Lakeland Regional High school. Jack was a plumber by trade and worked for Home Depot for 30 years. In his early years he served on the Wanaque Fire Department.

Jack met and married Christine in 2007. Together they shared 18 years of wonderful marriage. His favorite pastime was working in the yard and tinkering in the garage. He loved spending time with his family and vacationing in the Outer Banks.

Jack will forever be in our hearts and will never be forgotten.
