Leslie Ann Graf (nee Bryan)
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and aunt Leslie Ann Graf, 77, passed away unexpectedly on March 5, 2024. Born February 19, 1947 in Kearny NJ, she spent the early part of her life living in Nutley, NJ before moving to Wayne, NJ. While attending Wayne Valley High School Leslie met the love of her life, William A. Graf (Bill). Leslie and Bill married in 1966 and in 1970 made a home in Bloomingdale, NJ where they raised their three daughters.
Leslie pursued a career as an LPN working for Dr. Michael Vacca in Kinnelon, NJ for 25 years. In addition, Leslie recently celebrated her 35-year service anniversary as an EMT with the Triboro First Aid Squad. During her tenure she held many positions including president, vice president, and treasurer.
Leslie and Bill loved spending time traveling together. Among their favorite destinations were Aspen, CO and the Napa Valley in California. Leslie loved spending time listening to music, especially John Denver, walking with her friends and spending time with her family. Leslie never missed celebrating a family birthday, holiday, or family member achievement. Her life truly revolved around her husband, daughters, and grandchildren.
Leslie is survived by her husband of 57 years, William A. Graf, her children Daryl Ann Graure of Oak Ridge, NJ, Traci Graf Peterson of Coopersburg, PA, Kimberly Graf Reed and her husband, Tobias of Oak Ridge, NJ, her grandchildren Ethan William Graure and Fiance Emily Wasserman of Arlington, VA, Meghan Elizabeth Graure of Washington D.C., Jenna Elizabeth and Jaime Rose Peterson of Coopersburg PA, Grace Elizabeth and Joshua Bryan Reed of Oak Ridge, NJ, Brother-in-law Gerald C. Graf and his wife Gail. She is also survived by her nephews, Douglas and Thomas Bryan, Peter Graf, and niece Shannon Huber. Leslie was predeceased by her Mother Ruth E. Ohlmeyer, Stepfather William Ohlmeyer, Father Douglas Bryan, and Brother Douglas T. Bryan.
A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, March 8, 2024 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Morrison Etheridge Funeral Home located at 86 Bartholdi Ave Butler NJ. A funeral service will be offered at 7 p.m. at the same location. All other services will be private.
