Michael Samuel Saxton

Michael Samuel Saxton was born on May 2, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY. His family increased in size with the birth of his brother and sister. His parents were Emma and Samuel Saxton. In 1969, Mike married Marguerite Sanfilippo and they had 2 children, Rachel and Michael, and settled in West Milford, NJ for 57 years. Mike worked with computer programming and headed up many projects. 5 1/2 years ago their precious grandson Leo was born and was the joy of their hearts. Rachel went on to become a social worker and lawyer. Michael and his wife Annie have been working in the field of stem cell research. Mike retired 20 years ago and has increased in faith and love for his LORD Jesus Christ and Pompton Plains Reformed Bible Church, of which he and Marguerite were members for over 40 years. He is survived by his brother Peter, sister in law Annette, and their son Christopher. Christopher is also the father of Joseph and James. He is missed so much, but no longer has pain and he is in the presence of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. His family is so thankful for all the years we had with him. He was well loved and loved well.
