Richard O. Arther

Richard Oberlin Arther, age 79, of Kinnelon NJ died on Thursday, July 5, 2007 in St. Regis, MT. Mr. Arther was born May 20, 1928 in Pittsburgh PA, the third child of the late William C. and the late Florence (Oberlin) Arther. He married Mary-Esther Wuensch September 12, 1951 in East Lansing MI. Mr. Arther was President of Scientific Lie Detection and Director of The National Training Center, founding both in 1958. He is survived by his wife of almost 56 years Mary-Esther, two daughters, Catherine and Linda, a son, William C. III, and three cherished grandchildren, Daniel, Megan, and Matthew. At the request of the family all services were held in private.
