Born on April 16, 1930, in Hoboken, New Jersey, Bob spent his life dedicated to both his career and his family. He was a respected supervisor for many years at National Steele in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, where he was known for his unwavering work ethic and commitment to excellence.
Bob was the epitome of an easy-going family man. He deeply cherished his role as a father and grandfather, always willing to lend a hand or a listening ear. His gentle spirit and generous heart left a lasting impression on everyone who crossed his path. Beyond his professional dedication, he was known for his countless acts of kindness. Whether it was helping a friend in need or simply sharing a laugh with family, Bob's warmth and generosity never went unnoticed.
A lover of nature and animals, Bob found solace in fishing and spent his free time working around the house to create happy environments for the beloved creatures he held dear. His passion for life and commitment to nurturing all things around him reflected the incredible person he was.
He is survived by his devoted children, Scott Tucker (wife Sophia) and Robert Tucker (wife Lynda), who carry forward his cherished values. Also mourning his loss is his son in law Michael Huha, his beloved grandchildren who knew him as PaPa Bob: Melissa Griner (husband Jim), Jessica Tucker, Christopher Tucker (wife Amanda), Anthony Vala (wife Danielle), Paul Vala (wife Daria), and Bobby Vala (wife Tracy). The joy he brought to their lives is reflected in his great-grandchildren, C.J, Jackson, Logan, Olivia, Shawn, Monet, Mackenna and Mason, who will remember him as a source of strength, love, and laughter.
Bob is preceded in death by his loving wife, Marie, and two children, son Jeffrey Tucker and daughter Suzanne Huha. Though they have departed from this world, their spirits remain intertwined with his, creating a bond that transcends time and space.
As we gather to celebrate his remarkable life, we remember a man who exemplified love, dedication, and kindness. Bobby Clyde Tucker was not only a beloved father and grandfather but also a friend to many, forever remembered for his easy-going nature and loving support. His legacy will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
