Rodger J. Presseau

Rodger J. Presseau, son of Ernest and Mary Presseau of Pocono Summit, passed away on July 14, 2018, at St. Luke's Hospital, Stroudsburg.Born May 12, 1936, in New York City, New York, he was survived by his wife of 30 years, Michaelean Presseau; three siblings; five children; two stepchildren; 12 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Rodger was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean War and was a member of Disabled American Veterans, Chapter 132, and Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 294. He was a advocate for veterans and the community. Family was always first for Rodger.Military services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 26 at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Road, Newtown, PA 18940.In addition a memorial service will be held July 30 from 7pm-9pm at The Morrison Funeral Home, 86 Batholdi Ave., Butler, New Jersey.In lieu of flowers, please make any donations to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
